Learn From Home Week 8

Good evening families, hope this weekend was enjoyable for you 🙂

Just a reminder that as some of our students head back to the classroom tomorrow, our established routine will be changing up a bit.

First, I will be at JKE Mondays and Tuesdays, meaning I will not be available at all during the day to support students remotely. The same applies for Mme Asimakis, who will be at JKE on Thursdays. Please note that our new office hours are Wednesdays and Fridays from 1:30-2:30 pm. We will also hold virtual sessions those days to maintain connection with our remote students.

Students will continue to receive tasks and assignments remotely (LFH) in the same manner as before, however a gradual decrease in amount will occur. This is for 2 reasons. One- in order to be at school to support students in person, teachers have less time to prepare and assign learning opportunities. Two- it’s June. A gradual decrease occurs naturally. We will continue to focus on connecting with students.

Thank you for your continued support and your patience and understanding as we enter into this new and never before encountered situation.
