Happy Monday! Hope you had a lovely weekend!

Busy day in the chalet- students are discovering how complicated French writing is, working on multiplication strategies in Math and discussing the lasting impact of Residential Schools.

Tomorrow we will write our first Math assessment on multiplication strategies. They were all told to bring home their notes and/or work package to review and practice. Study skills are an important part of the learning process and learning which study method works best for them is a great place to start.

Tomorrow is also Orange Shirt Day and our Truth and Reconciliation Assembly. It will be a serious and somber assembly, students will be reminded of the proper behaviour and decorum expected of them.

Wednesday there is no school to provide time to engage in acts and reflection of Truth and Reconciliation.

Thursday is Photo Day and students have Library.

Friday is Hot Lunch and Band.
