Another stunner of a day! And we were busy busy in the Chalet!

We started off with Examen de Dictée 2, we did a verb conjugation challenge, then presented their response for On Partage to the prompt: Would you prefer to wear, for an entire day, a costume that was either way too itchy or impossible to sit down in?

After recess we actually did some Math, students wandered around the room completing task cards, there was lots of rich discussion happening, it was really great to see.

After hot lunch (yum) we watched the following video, as we continue to create a solid understanding of galaxies:

Students should be bringing home a WGSS Walking Permission Form for you to read and sign. We will walk to WGSS several times this year for various reasons, and this permission form covers all of those. I will of course give you plenty of notice for each excursion. Our first one is on Monday October 26. We are so fortunate to spend the entire day in the WGSS library, using their technology with their Teacher Librarian. Please see the form for more details.
