Another busy Wednesday! But the weather has been so nice this week, so I won’t complain.
In PE this morning we started our Volleyball unit. I had so much fun walking around and peppering with different students.
Afterwards, we continued working on our Galaxy booklets, which are now due on Tuesday. Remember that the final question should be answered in a formal paragraph. Show me what you know and understand, use details and be specific!
After recess, students recorded themselves saying the Dictée des Galaxies. They also logged on to Teams for the first time to share the link, and then added their Quiz: ER au Présent to Spaces.
After lunch (that was a fun game…?) students completed their final Minutes Vites multiplication tables, and then took some time to review their progress and do some self-reflection. These are now ready for Term 1 SICs 🙂
Vision Board Info For Tomorrow: (from Mme Dykens)
- be prepared to make a collage on a standard size sheet of paper
- you should be collecting images/words/phrases from newspapers, magazines, flyers etc, or print out
- for example: things you like, inspire you, goals, things you hope to attain/achieve, maybe things related to your personality tests completed in class
- this is unique to you, should represent you and not just societal trends
- cut and paste will happen at school
Reminder- on Monday we are spending the ENTIRE day in the WGSS library. Students MUST bring a lunch and water bottle with them. We will quickly do retakes and then depart. We will be back for the end of day. I am still waiting on 4 permissions, please give to Mme Dykens tomorrow or be ready to hand me Monday morning!
