Busy busy day!

Some work with DR MRS VANDERTRAMP this morning, then some Math. After recess we met with Ms Harnoor for our 5th Peace Circles. After lunch we did some long jump and 200m practice before switching off for Band/Library.

Speaking of Peace Circles, I am noticing that not everyone seems to be demonstrating that they understand the point of peace circles. I feel like we are still choosing to engage in behaviours not in line with our agreed upon guidelines and expectations, and as a result, some students are being treated in unkind and unfair ways. Mme Huard and I will continue to remind and encourage everyone to be kind, safe and respectful, but will separate groups if good choices cannot be made, and may use recess times to engage in constructive conversations as needed. Thank you for your support at home.

Students are encouraged to have appropriate clothing, footwear and hydration assistance at all times for the foreseeable future. We will be going outside as often as possible to practice Track and Field.
